2. Billing Process: As a DME provider, we bill the insurance company, particularly Medicare under Part B, for the medical equipment provided to patients. Customers are not directly charged for these services.

3. Insurance Claims: We handle the claims process with insurance companies on behalf of our customers. Dispatch My Meds submits claims for reimbursement to the insurance company as per the applicable regulations and guidelines.

4. Prescription Requirement: Customers are required to provide a valid prescription from their healthcare provider in order to receive medical equipment through Dispatch My Meds. We strictly adhere to regulatory requirements regarding prescription validity and documentation.

5. Coverage Verification: Prior to processing orders, Dispatch My Meds verifies the insurance coverage and eligibility of customers for the requested medical equipment. This helps ensure smooth and efficient processing of claims.

6. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date insurance information, including policy details and coverage eligibility. Any discrepancies or changes in insurance coverage should be promptly communicated to Dispatch My Meds.

7. Medicare Part B Coverage: Our services are primarily covered under Medicare Part B for eligible beneficiaries. Customers are advised to consult with their insurance provider or Medicare for information regarding coverage and reimbursement.

8. Compliance with Regulations: Dispatch My Meds adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the provision of DME services and billing practices. We prioritize compliance and ethical conduct in all aspects of our operations.

9. Customer Support: We are committed to providing exceptional customer support and assistance throughout the process, from order placement to equipment delivery and beyond. Our team is available to address any questions or concerns customers may have regarding their orders or insurance claims.

9.1. CGM Delivery Timeframe: You can expect your CGM to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed, barring unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or public holidays. Our customer support team can provide you with real-time tracking information for your shipment upon request.

10. Modification of Terms: Dispatch My Meds reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed to reflect changes in regulations, business practices, or other relevant factors. Any such modifications will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.

a: Unused Opened Sensors

In the event that you open an individual Sensor package, Abbott/Dexcom/Medtronics/Omnipod is unable to accept the Sensor for return for safety and hygiene reasons. You should dispose of the Sensor according to the instructions included in the package.

Abbott/Dexcom/Medtronics/Omnipod is unable to offer any refund with respect to Sensors that have been opened.

(b) Unused Opened Reader

In the event that you open the Reader, Abbott/Dexcom/Medtronics/Omnipod is unable to accept the Reader for return for safety and hygiene reasons. You should dispose of the Reader according to the user instructions.

Abbott/Dexcom/Medtronics/Omnipod is unable to offer a refund in respect of any reader that has been opened.

11. Refund Policy: 

For Dispatch My Meds, please note that you have the right to cancel your order for CGMs products or the Package within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, subject to the exceptions outlined below. If your order includes multiple products delivered separately, the fourteen (14) days will begin from the day after you receive the last product in your order.
